industrial and 41 public metered customers. In addition, there are 98 fire protection
customers.
The Authority's present sources of supply
consist of twelve operating deep wells.
There are seven storage reservoirs in the
system, with a total storage capacity of 4,850,000 gallons.
The existing water system includes
approximately 93 miles of transmission and distribution mains varying in size from 24-inch
to 2-inch and four booster stations. Average daily water use is approximately 4.2 million
gallons while the peak daily water use is approximately 5.4 million gallons.
