Understanding Your Meter Reading Card

1.  Print the date, name & address on the meter card.

2.  This section is completed only if you have this style meter.  Draw lines as shown above
     representing the location of the hands on the dial.

3.  This is your account number and should be completed when you receive the card from
     our meter reader.

4.  This is the number found on the top of the meter and should be completed by you when
     you read your meter.

5.  This section is completed by you if you have a "direct reading meter", similar to the odometer
     on your car.  Simply write the numbers in the boxes provided, including zeros.
